This mod allow the following features:

 - Sends an email to all users with a birthday
- You can send an email to the friends of the users with the birthday
- The admin has the ability to send all users with a birthday a private message
- Sends a private message to the friends of the users that have birthdays
- All private messages and emails are editable by the admin and support html tags
-The admin can change the settings to not send a private message/email to the user and/or the user's friends.
